Lisa Kazor, CEO of Savantage Solutions, announced today that Savantage has been awarded a five-year $64.8 million contract to provide financial and program management support services in the areas of Program and Budget, Financial Operations, and Finance and Accounting for the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). Savantage is the prime and will be leading a team of highly respected market leaders.
This delivery order contract was awarded via the General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule (GSA MAS) contract. For this contract, Savantage will be supporting the DTRA Financial Management Division, primarily the three Comptroller organizational entities: Program and Budget Division, Financial Operations Division, and Finance and Accounting Division. DTRA's Financial Management Division provides high-quality mission and decision-making support on budgetary, financial, and civilian pay issues, while continuously improving the quality, efficiency, and customer focus of DTRA financial services and operations.
The DTRA Budget and Financial Support Services (BFSS) contract scope includes the following tasks: Program and Budget Support, Budget Formulation and Integration Support, Budget Execution Support, Financial Operations and Tools, Accounting Services, Information Technology Support - Financial Reporting and Certification - Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Information Officer (CIO) Compliance Support, Audit Response and Sustainment, Risk Management and Internal Control, Cross-cutting Comptroller Department Support, Chemical and Biological Defense Program (CBDP) Support, and Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) and Related Financial Systems Support.
This award further expands Savantage's position within the DoD landscape as a premier financial and program management solution and service provider. Savantage is also a prime contractor on several major Army and DoD IDIQ vehicles, such as Army RS3, Army ITES-3S, Army PMSS3, and DLA JETS.
