Mr. Terracina spent more than 37 years at KPMG, where he rose to become Global Tax Leader for the energy industry. He led the firm’s tax practice in this segment, as well as the Houston Business Unit tax practice, providing strategic direction and oversight. Mr. Terracina’s emphasis was on building a talented team with diversified skills focused on integrated business solutions and client service. Mr. Terracina has decades of experience in helping corporations navigate complex tax issues and business challenges serving clients in all verticals including exploration and production, refining, oilfield services, and independent power producers.
