The BPO has an easy online application process where candidates will be directed to upload their resume and to provide basic information about themselves. Shortlisted candidates will then undertake an online assessment that typically lasts 20 minutes and which will assess specific criteria for the role—whether English competency, computer literacy or more specific skill sets.
Those candidates who excel in this assessment will then have the opportunity to have an interview with one of TTEC’s in-house recruiters, and subsequently, an interview with the hiring manager for their position.
