Exclamation Reports Second Quarter Financial Results for the Three and Six Months Ended June 30, 2014
Toronto, Ontario (FSCwire) - Exclamation Investments Corporation (TSXV:XI) (“exclamation”), a business creator conceiving and developing paradigm-shifting businesses in the dual role of founder and seed investor, today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014.
Q2 Highlights:
- One Inc. announced an exclusive partnership agreement with MasterCard Canada to bring innovative loyalty solutions to MasterCard cardholders (as per press release on July 28, 2014).
- Generated Portfolio Return* of +8.3% on the year, based on average investments of $2.96 million over the trailing 12 months. (*Portfolio Return consists of interest income, dividends, realized and unrealized gains and losses, and the recovery of fees from investments.)
- As at June 30, 2014, total investments at fair value were $3.07 million as compared to $2.99 million at March 31, 2014, an increase of $20K or +0.7% increase in quarter; and
- Net asset value per share of $0.08, similar to March 31, 2014.
