1 in 14 Boston-area homes selling for $1 million or more

Million-dollar homes aren’t nearly as rare as they used to be. Seven-figure home sales are now accounting for just over 7% or one in 14 across the Boston area, the seventh-highest rate nationally, according to LendingTree.
