Downtown South adds elite concert venue run by group that promotes Taylor Swift, Elton John

The newest plans for the massive Downtown South development in Raleigh call for a jazzed-up concert venue operated by a group that works with the likes of Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Elton John and The Rolling Stones.
