ECFC Hosts Annual Washington, D.C. Conference Featuring Capitol Hill Visits to Discuss Tax-Advantaged Benefits

ECFC, the leading nonprofit organization promoting choice in benefit solutions, will hold its 42nd Annual Conference in person in Washington, D.C. from March 15-17. ECFC’s Annual Conference provides companies that are dedicated to tax-advantaged benefits with the opportunity to meet congressional members and staffers on Capitol Hill and discuss relevant legislation.

“Advocacy is an exciting and essential aspect of the work ECFC does to protect tax-advantaged benefits, and we will continue our commitment to meet with House and Senate Congressional staff members this year and every year,” said Christa Day, Executive Director at ECFC. “Our mission remains the same as it has for over four decades - to champion choice in employee benefits solutions. Coming together in Washington, D.C. brings renewed energy along with a deeper understanding of current healthcare legislation.”

In addition to Capitol Hill visits, the 42nd Annual Conference will feature congressional speakers, in-depth briefings, inside the beltway speakers, regulatory agency and technical panels. The conference kicks off with a keynote panel on the viability of healthcare and tax-advantaged plan legislation amid a divided Congress and the 2024 Presidential election.
