With extensive experience building and scaling HR programs for fast-growth companies, Eichberg will lead talent acquisition, workplace experience, and employee development initiatives to support AlertMedia’s growth strategy.

Eichberg brings more than 15 years of HR leadership experience spanning private and public companies across multiple industries, including aerospace, finance, software, and consumer product goods. She most recently served as Chief People Officer at HungerRush, a cloud software provider for the restaurant industry, where she developed foundational HR capabilities and led the company’s people and culture strategy.
Before HungerRush, she led organizational transformation efforts at Capital Group, advancing key initiatives related to organizational design, talent development, team effectiveness, and DEI in their Operations and Technology organizations. Prior to Capital Group, Eichberg also held HR business partner positions at General Mills, where she was responsible for all facets of employee experience and aligning people processes with business strategy.
