The new forms offer coverage for Directors & Officers Liability, Employment Practices Liability, and Fiduciary Liability, available on both a combined and standalone basis. Tailored for middle-market businesses, these products address risks with unique challenges, including those that are tough-to-place, with past claims, are facing financial challenges, or are involved in mergers, acquisitions, or restructuring transactions.
