Boogie Bakery’s 100% sourdough panettone is now available for online retail

Boogie Lab, the first U.S. restaurant extension of the internationally acclaimed European sourdough brand known for its artisanal baked goods, will debut as a lively all-day dining destination, open daily from 7am-9pm. Guests can start their mornings with fresh-from-the-oven pastries and coffee, roll into brunch and lunch favorites, and stay late for wood-fired pizzas, handcrafted pastas, hearty entrées, and signature cocktails. The concept blends the warmth of a neighborhood bakery with the energy of a bustling bistro and bar, serving crave-worthy flavors from sunrise to nightfall.

The menu will emphasize seasonal ingredients and conscious sourcing, ensuring high-quality and healthy options for all patrons. Guests can look forward to a selection of artisanal, premium-crafted sourdough products, for which the bakery has received global recognition, alongside a variety of breads, baked goods, pastries, empanadas, tapas, pizzas, salads, soups, and pasta. The menus, which are still in development, are being designed to highlight the vibrant diversity and rich culture of the Washington Heights community.

In addition to the restaurant, DHG has announced Boogie Bakery’s 100% sourdough panettone is now available for online retail just in time for the holiday season. Made with better-for-you ingredients, it is naturally fermented using patented, proprietary smart fermentation technology and undergoes a meticulous four-day production process to ensure long-lasting freshness. Customers can choose from four flavors for the initial launch ($69 each): Chocolate; Candied Fruit; Pistachio & Lemon; and Mandarin & White Chocolate. Tiramisu and Apple Pie flavors will launch in December.
