Recognition highlights Aledade's growing commitment to its Michigan employees and the state’s health care community
Aledade, the nation’s largest network of independent value-based primary care, has been named a Michigan Top Workplace by the Detroit Free Press. Aledade earned the Meaningfulness award, which highlights companies with a Michigan presence that foster an excellent workplace culture through meaningful and impactful work.
"We are incredibly proud of the extraordinary team we've built at Aledade and in Michigan especially,” said Helena Christianson, Aledade’s chief people officer. “We've built a culture where our people have meaningful careers while advancing a mission that transforms lives. Our exceptional people, united by shared purpose, continue to revolutionize health care in Michigan and throughout the nation."
In the past two years Aledade has deepened its presence in Michigan through the acquisitions of the value-based care operations of CCA Holding Company and Medical Advantage. This brings the total number of primary care practices and community health centers that Aledade supports in Michigan to over 180. Today, more than 100 Aledade employees reside in and work from Michigan.
Aledade's mission-driven workforce is committed to solving tough problems to make the health care system better for patients, practices and society — and 93% of employees believe the company lives out that value of service. In support of its workforce, Aledade is committed to providing the resources employees need to reach their full potential and career goals. The company demonstrates this commitment to employee success and well-being through its comprehensive benefits offerings, which include extensive training and development programs such as educational assistance programs, managerial training and LinkedIn Learning.
Companies with 50 or more employees are eligible for the Michigan Top Workplace program, which determines its winners based on employee surveys. In addition to the Michigan recognition, this year CareerBuilder and Monster named Aledade a top remote workplace. Additionally, The Washington Post named Aledade among the top Washington, D.C.-area workplaces for the sixth consecutive year.
