Navitus MedicareRx maintained a 4.5 out of 5 Part D Star Rating for 2026, recognizing ongoing clinical quality and excellent service to beneficiaries

Navitus, the nation’s first and largest transparent, pass-through pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), announced today that its prescription drug plan Navitus MedicareRx (PDP) maintained a 4.5 out of 5 Part D Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). This is the highest score in the nation among PBM-sponsored prescription drug plans and marks the tenth consecutive year leading the category.

Medicare evaluates plans each year based on a 5-star rating program. Navitus MedicareRx offers Part D plans for employer groups and has consistently delivered exceptional results in Part D clinical outcomes measures. Using advanced analytics and reporting, clinicians identify beneficiaries who are struggling with adherence and can benefit from additional support.
